I was asked today how to change the color of the circle with the initials in it on Outlook. Someone saw a different color on one user and decided that they wanted the same corporate color on all users. Run across the picture below. Most everyone shows upwards as grey, except for this guy with the blue.
ane. Is this even possible to prepare? All I found in out was the setting (File - Options - People tab - uncheck Show user photographs...) to plow information technology on and off
2. If information technology is possible, tin can it be washed organisation-wide or is it a one off setting?

Hi Matt,
I am agape currently it is not feasible to change the color of the initial circles in Outlook.
From what I know, this characteristic is besides bachelor to other mail clients like OWA, Mail, etc. I establish some threads in Outlook UserVoice forum about this and accept voted for them. You may too vote for or add together your comments to the threads there to submit your feedback:
